Answer to the title: Colloportus is the opposite of Alohomora.

Colloportus is a fifth-year spell when Alohomora is first-year -- there's enough weird incongruities like that that you start to wonder if JKR actually thought about their relative power levels or just went "well what spells do I need Harry to learn in this book?"
