It's great stuff! If you have a Middle Eastern store near you gthey probably carry it, and it's readily available online.

Of course then my sweetie brought me roses today and I was utterly charmed because he is him. laugh at myself

I've seen rose candy before, but I'll have to look more closely to see if I can find jam.
